At all times we focus on providing the best package of service for all our residents from our well trained staff tour well stocked kitchens. Every essential need is caringly catered for.

Our Staff

Our staff are fully trained on a 24-hour rota. We aim to provide an excellent standard of care at all times. We constantly strive to improve the standard of care delivered by in house training, which is under taken on a regular basis and through N.V.Q’s. This enables us to provide an excellent standard of care and comfort to the residents regardless of the age and state of mind. We also aim to assist with up holding independence, individuals right’s and a safe friendly environment.


Meal preperations

We pay particular attention to the quality and variety of our menu.  All our meals are freshly prepared each day by our experienced cooks and individual needs and dislikes are well catered for.  We provide good wholesome food and special dietary requirements are catered for. Snacks and drinks are available 24 hours a day. Visitors are welcome to stay for lunch with a day’s prior notice.

General services

Arrangements can be made for visits to the doctor, chiropodist, optician, physiotherapist and nurse whenever required. Also available on a daily basis are laundry facilities and a resident payphone.  The hairdresser attends weekly.
