Holland House is located in the picturesque village of Market Deeping, eight miles from surrounding towns Peterborough, Stamford and Spalding. In the town there is one shopping precinct and a weekly market is held on a Wednesday.  Holland House is a listed grade two building, built in the nineteenth century with its original beams and floors, surrounded by lawns and gardens providing a perfect setting in which to care for and support the elderly.

Holland House is registered for twenty one residents.  Holland House consists of two units. The main house has three double bedrooms and nine single rooms, one with an en-suite facility. A separate barn has four single rooms and one double. 


The main house has two bathrooms with chair hoists and toilets, a lounge area and a dining room. The upper floor is accessible by a passenger lift.  The barn also has a separate lounge-dining area, bathroom and toilet facilities.  All rooms have TV points and also have a pager system installed. Each resident can have a key to their room to ensure the security of their belongings while they are out.

Holland House’s on-going social programmes provide a host of regular activities, which include bingo, shopping, outings and theatre visits as well as seasonal festive parties and in-house entertainment. We have access to a seven-seat people carrier to allow residents to enjoy the outside events and to attend appointments.  We also encourage residents to maintain contact with the community through religious services and other community based activities.
