Whilst at all times acknowledging the rights of individuals, encouraging independence and providing a safe, friendly, caring support service from appropriately trained staff.

We are committed to providing a warm, caring and comfortable home for those who are in need of a little more support than can be provided in an community based environment.

Most importantly we, as care providers, focus on maintaining each individual’s dignity, privacy, identity and well-being.  Where appropriate, we will promote their independence by continually assessing their capability and understanding.  Also, as far as safely practicable, the emphasis is placed at all time on personal choice.
